I agree - Viewpoint is quite cumbersome, and tries to do too much IMO. Gets the basics wrong, as it should be a high speed trading platform first and foremost.

Anyway - I assume trader is done and dusted now. I'd like it if they could design a widget for your account summary that fits in your current Free equity, your open positions and your active orders to save on screen real estate. I'd also like a widget for alerts, that leaves your alerts visible at all times. A widget that has a buy and sell ticket and market depth for the chosen stock, and where you are not searching with your mouse for the buy or sell at the side of the monitor if you click into the depth, but actually automatically creating the ticket with the relevant buy or sell you just clicked on. They need to save traders that five wasted mouse use seconds.

To be fair I have found being able to reference intraday charting useful, if I want to look back at action from a couple of months ago. It is nice to look at.

A trader I know is trialing using a stream deck for speedy trade entry, but says he still has to do a mouse search both for executing the trade, and then move the mouse halfway across the screen for the confirmation. https://www.elgato.com/en/stream-deck-mk2
