Firstly I would like to say that I am not an expert, but I have read widely, not only the bibles but also many of the suttas from Buddhism.
I was bought up as a Christian child (C of E) in Sydney and as such went to Sunday school and church etc. There we were told that looking at the other religions were bad and should not be looked at, you may have received a similar message. Me being inquisitive (dis-obedient), to authority, decided to have a look for myself.
