I hold a total of 90,000 shares which were purchased at various times to avg down my purchase price.

I now read that GDA are saying that any share holdings of 50,000 or less is considered unmarketable and I think will be bought back by the company at market price.

That sounds good for the management but awful for the shareholders whose purchase price would have been much higher than current marker price.

Have I interpreted the ann. correctly ?

As I have a combined total over the 50,000 will I be forced to sell back ?
