Re: Hanlong offers to BMN and SDL
SDL offer is 50c - current sp 40.5c
BMN offer is 61c - current sp 31c
Potential % upside from here would be obviously be
with BMN
Again, I understand normally sp trades 20% below
takeover price in most circumstances (as we are seeing with SDL) - therefore BMN sp should be about 48ish and I know the "U" sector has been hit hard since Japan, etc....
