I do understand the fum growth and market share growth potential. It is a good company. Well run. It will get bigger. It will get more profitable.
It the rate at which it has to get more profitable and the assumptions underlying this that stop me buying in. A doubling of fum will fall well short of doubling of revenue, although it is certain it will more than double profit, possibly way more. After hub doubles profit, then doubles it again and then doubles it yet again, at the current price it would be trading at 18 times npat. That is going to take a lot of fum growth. 3 times what the fum they have now?
I do understand the fum growth and market share growth...
