I am now certain that investors in hub either do not look at figures or do not understand.
First, company is trading at 40 times npat or 25 times ebit and that is after profit has jumped 64%. Those multiples are twice normal levels.
Second, profit needs to double in value to get even close to supporting value. Hub are only predicting up to a 25% increase in fum over next 2 years so I don’t know where this profit will come from.
as for free cashflow to do a buy back? What is the Div rate? Has it even hit 1% yet? And at this high SP, a $60m share buy buy back would only mean a 2% difference eps. And is equivalent of 2 years dividends.
it is only tech companies that got to 10 times revenue and turned out badly.
I am now certain that investors in hub either do not look at...
