Can someone explain to me please why this stock is trading 20%...

    Can someone explain to me please why this stock is trading 20% below its NTA, which is verified by Independent Valuers as far as I can tell. I realise it just went ex dividend, but it is still 20% below NTA. I would have also thought that with the recent drop in the US interest rate, its portfolio in the US would actually increase in value, given that lease yields would surely attract a larger cap rate. I cannot figure this stock out.
