RRT pays is distribution once a year, which causes ex-dividend sell every time.
I buy it each year and sell it prior to ex-dividend each year.
This year, it did not reach $1.05, which was the target, given the whole market is down, especially Record/Allco stocks like AFG and AXQ.
AXQ is very cheap. I sold my RRT and bought AXQ (both support my margin loan). Whilst AXQ has progressed very slowly, it normally pays 1.4 cents a quarter, which is 8.5% yield.
AXQ is targeting a huge growth profile, which has progress much slower than planned but I think they will eventually get there.
