I forgot to say, my reading of the numbers in the annual report is that the rental income is nearly exactly used up to service debt. Reading the presentation this appears to be presented as a key part of the business model. I wouldnt look for any cash to come out of this company based on rental income. My inexpert opinion is this stock is going to fall and fall and fall... i think it could fall to 25cents.
