This is very interesting trying to predict which way RRTs future valuations will go.

Browsing the web...Very little material on the German market though it seemed to bottom around a year ago... (really hard to find material if you cant read german!!) They could be sitting nicely in the german market actually. Loads of information on the US commercial market however..

I think i saw on here that some indexes are based on valuations, but the moodys index is based on real sale transactions. !!.. unfortunately the data and index seems to lag what is happenning, with commentary only available for Q3.

And their page pointing to recent news articles on the US commercial property market. This is more uptodate with opinions on the direction of the US market.
