Had order in for 40,000 shares at 0.14 got allocated 8,600 then...

    Had order in for 40,000 shares at 0.14 got allocated 8,600 then another 122965 went thru 10 minutes later @ .014 and I got none of these. Then 5 went thru @ 0.145. Could some one please explain why my order was not filled
