Here is some brief info on the SFR discovery
Simich told MineWeb that the company had been
exploring an oxide discovery( with surface Gold
mineralisation) at Doolgunna and decided to drill
out into a previously-untested area and, at the
recommendation of technical director John Evans,
to drill deeper.(extract from Mine web 19/5/9)
The first announcement of exciting drill results
was April 30th.From memory the VTEM was

early in the New Year to test a number of priority
conductors within the Narracoota Volcanics.

Even though ENT and SFR are neighbours the
geology is different .Prospectors have
found surface gold on ENT tennements
with metal detectors so I am still hopefull
