If you are so sure this is over then why do you post on the CHM thread so much ?
CHM dont need any ace up there sleave. They won on two grounds, on a third will be back to ask for their MMX shares and I am sure contemplating an appeal on the 4th and 5th.
My take on the judgement is that the judge found determining an amount too hard so will appoint an expert and it is so open to interpretation that one side or other will be appealling.
One question is if MMX claim there has been no capital gain then why were they issuing shares at I believe around $5 at some stage.
If no capital gain then shares should be issued all at the same price that Paul goty his for ?
If no capital gain why is MMX wanting more money from Mitsubishi.
Please explain ...
