Whatever happens at court on 10/12 either MMX or CHM will have the opportunity to appeal so the litigation element may well have a lot longer to run and CHM do have the money!!
Of greater immediate interest is the fresh funding by way of placement that Mr Sage of Cape Lambert has committed and if you read the CHM announcement there is a lot more detail about mining activies than in the past which of course was understandable given the litigation issues.
Sage is also quite capable of placing interesting mining assets into CHM if he so desires!!!
MMX is of course in an unholy mess especially with the scathing critiscism of the Oakajee project by the WA premier. I think its management are all at sea without a sail and any significant shareholder should seriously question their ability to get the company sorted out and back on track - perhaps Mr Sage would be the guy to do it !!!!!!!
