I have my own idea.
My conclusion is mainly based on the way the deal was structured. It appears to m that Bayan always intended buying 2.3 billion shares and the fany footwork with Jedi was merely an easy way to fill some "facilitators'" pockets without Bayan or KRL having to make a cash payment.
Time will tell.
