30 % of sales were short yesterday as reported by the ASX web site. So with a bit of luck we should see some short covering.

Freeport Copper & Gold was up nearly 4% last night in the US.

Also all the theories about why the SP has dropped, i think it is just the general market at the moment. Freeport is down 20% from it's recent high. So that puts a price of say 14.4 on OZl then take off the Div and Cap/Ret and where now far off where Freeport is. Actually factoring in AUD rate nad we may be doing a bit better.
