    Hi everyone,
    I hold large chunks of a few chinese based companies,but ASX listed. NOE is one of them.
    They all trade at severe discount to our local heroes.
    For the life of me,I can't figure out why ( I am not complaining by the way. it allows me to buy outstanding,dividend paying businesses at very attractive prices )
