500k to pursue the transaction
$4 million to commence drilling the first well....this is not all the costs this is just to start.....
$1 million towards maintaining & renewing licenses

and
300 million shares issued to the vendors
300 million options issued to the vendors

Also a very tangled transaction with three companies involved may not go smoothly.
