It's OK wipeoff - we're on the same page.
I'm just reflecting on the market forces (but we do know that people play games - hence the term "capper") In other words it is going to take significant volume to extend the share price below 1.9 or above 2.6.
Effectively then, it is being held between these prices while the little fish play. Lot's of possible reasons along with the possibility that I'm wrong and all is normal.
But keep your eye on the behaviour of these buyers and sellers.
