"The Company engaged a financial advisor in December 2011 on a success fee basis to assist in
identifying and negotiating with potential strategic investment partners who may provide future funding
for development of its projects. The Company currently anticipates that the process will be completed
during the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year however, the structure of any transaction and/or
funding arrangement is yet to be determined."
