The issue of foreign ownership has been publicly know for quite some time (if my memory is correct approx 3 years). I too eagerly await an announcement that the deal is done i.e. contracts signed.

Whilst based on previous chats with management I had hoped for some type of announcement by now. Being that the markets have basically had nothing but red ink over the couple of weeks, I am happy that THE announcement has not been made during this time.

I must admit that I am still accumulating. So feel free to continue your selling.
