    Can someone please explain the rationale behind a company the size of IOH buying back its own shares at a time when raising money on the market is becoming exceedingly difficult and usually subject to significant discount to the share price. Surely preservation of cash is more important in these times or even a strategic investment in an a sigficantly undervalued company with current cash flow.
