As Pauline Hanson once famously said PLEASE EXPLAIN! I personally am at a loss to explain PEN's deflated SP. We have had a wealth of good news lately with the PTM,finance and increasing reserves at both Lance and Karoo. The only final hurdle is the SML which is a given, especially as the draft SML has already been issued. The U3o8 price is finally starting to move in a positive manner so everything seems positive and yet the SP languishes below 4c. I realise we will not be producing until late 2013 at the earliest but surely we have been de- risked with all the recent developments and a re rating should be on the cards.
