It is obviously too early to be certain, but there are indications that yesterday was a short term top. The SP spiked but nobody was willing to bid eagerly after traders pushed the SP over $10. Some market makers and stockbrokers may have been aware of client (shorts that is) stop losses at $10, so there may have been a different reason for the bidding.
MDL didn't have any rally, and appears to be in a short term downtrend.
I really have no longer term opinion - just short term, as ILU seems roughly priced appropriately to me.
