    Murray Goulburn offer $9.00

    Fonterra pay approx $9.20 odd for a heap of shares

    and now Bega ups their offer to 1.5 shares plus $2.00

    even Bega's offer, they calculated the price at $8.87

    now Bega's shares are at $4.45, on my calculations that's $8.68. That's still the lowest bid around.

    why would they accept such a low offer?
