It was Lion that paid 9.25 for 10%. Fonterra have 10% of Bega.

Personally I think Bega is out of ammunition. Their share price is inflated where it is. Bit like a guy at an auction fishing through the bottom of his wallet.


Warrnambool board need to endorse MG as the highest offer.

Government need get MG's approval through QUICKLY as was the case with FIRB's fast approval of Saputo. Anything else is unfair.

I've lost respect for Joe Hockey in all this. Should have held off Saputo's approval until MG decision. Just shows his ignorance.
