BGA really pushed the "we're small like you guys" and "we'll keep the name angle" and will rely on the emotional attachment of the farmer.
It seems that the directors want Saputo (I think because they have the most cash to spend post acquisition) and I seriously doubt that MG will get past the competition ruling.
I think that Saputo will win the day, probably around the $9.20 mark and MG & Bega will make a nice profit out of their holdings.
