you said it Harvett!! Why is this so, well lots of reasons but it appears to me that China's issues are causing a lot ripples accross the global markets. Credit issues, property sector issues, closing of "old and out of date stell making capacity", and the the IO price dropping, and the additional IO capacity coming on stream, you can just throw all that in the mix and a few more things I have not mentioned.

However, why do the the ratings people have a range from neutral to strong buy ratings it does not make any sense ?? Perhaps it is asimply a kneejerk re-action which the baby was thrown out with the bathwater.

It is hard to accept that there is no market manipulation going on here.
