The company should have done a cr while sp was 30-40c just in case they would end up in pickle like this, the sp would be no where near what is now. They don't actually know what final jv bill is yet as there are some disputes with the rig operator etc, and they have not come up with any contingency plan, hence the caning of the sp. Now they will be lucky if they still have employment in a few mths time. In hindsight what they SHOULD have done is so glaringly obvious, it makes me wonder what are they really up to.
