Personally i think a CR is just around the corner.
I also think the cost over runs will be very large, and i come to this conclusion by the sheer length of time we are waiting on this response, together with the market punishing the stock daily.
A CR at thee levels will be highly dilutive, and i would not be surprised to see a CR around 1.5 cents because of the current price.
