    Pdy announced on the 9 April 2014:

    " A trading halt of its securities effective immediately, pending a material announcement regarding the "EXECUTION" of a project financing agreement"

    Now today:

    Pending a further announcement to the market with respect to a PROPOSED shareholders' agreement which would assist the Company in securing the funding necessary to construct port and rail at Oakajee.

    So is the agreement "EXECUTED" or is it "PROPOSED" ?
