mainly due to the fear that POG could go much lower prior to feds meeting， and more delay of the project，plenty chance to get in from here to 20ish September so people are not in a hurry，the locusts move to greener pastures，and those who bought in around 90-1$ are left there hang in dry,feeling the pain.
the future is bright but at the moment it is all about timing.....
