    Also, the market caps LISTED in the first post don't account for the 109M prefs, so counting these another $220M is added to the VRL cap.

    The basic point of a price disparity is correct, due to the reasons already listed.. deardrphil is you do a search on the forums for VRL there are comments on this topic going back several years..

    I don't like the chart either.. (but still have an exposure to the prefs)
