    re: an announcement must come soon agree that it might depend on whether underwriters want shortfall. Considering Waller's buying over the past month, it's 50/50 bet & "intentions". Technically -imo, the positive is that .008 is looking to be new support level, so upside remains.

    Anyway, I'm still holding.
