Tinhopper, Thanks for the reply. I've re-read the post by 62strat on 26/08/06 and CCI annuncement. My understanding is: that to be on the regester on 29/08/06 to be entitled to right issue(ri), you have to buy cci on 23/08/06 to allow t3 settlement, right?

Acceptance form to be posted on 11/09/06 for those holders on 29/08/06. How about for these people who brought ccir today or later dates, where do they get the acceptance form?

I thought the cci sp whould trading down last two days after announcement on 25/08/06, but only retrated today. I'm very confussed????
