    Just an after though "Paul" ...... If I may? ....... If it is the programmers and technical people making your "proven track record " look slow to get all these major contracts on your resume........ maybe you could consider outsourcing that tech side of your genius ideas to China or India before they beat you at your own game. ....... just my thoughts and some "free" advice. ....... cheers. ......
