    the point is that
    So4 does not have EPA aproval to produce and sell
    200 000 tpa or native title aproval for that matter
    the 50 000 tpa that can be produced is for demonstration
    purposes only
    any extension on 50 000 ton will require EPA aproval
    and that will take 2/3 years
    add in the risk of uranium contamination And it may never happen
    there is two uranium mines either side of the deposit
    so for the sake of clarity
    investors are getting taken for a ride IMO
