    Why ONQ valuation is a significant discount to BXP value - everyone knows, its talked about ... no one seems to care ... yes I know ONQ is tightly held etc etc etc etc. Still one of them is wrong ? ONQ undervalued or BXP overvalued.

    There appears to be good and bad aspects to the business - I can't make up my mind which to be honest
