I contacted them quite a while ago asking after the reason for their high (500ppm) cutoff grade in the JORC announcement -- and no reply was forthcoming at all which was disappointing. Even a reply to say they couldn't elaborate for whatever reason would have been preferable to this shareholder being ignored altogether.

By contrast, I regularly email Phil Thomas (CEO of Admiralty Resources) with various questions and he always replies promptly and in detail. A shame that the management of other companies don't follow his example as that kind of responsiveness is a big plus from this shareholder's point of view.
