Lilac, yes this is what am trying to ascertain as am curious even after announcing to the whole world the sale transaction has gone through but up to now the identity of the end buyer has not been disclosed and everything has been concluded by a Delaware SPV which was incorporated on May 7th called Magnolia LNG Holdings LLC. The longer the end buyer is not identified or disclosed it just raises more questions but am sure the administrator is well aware of the need for this information to be disclosed just to provide a proper closure to the Magnolia sale. Lets hope this week they would provide more details surrounding this sale.
