Mwilson, yes given the date of incorporation is 7th May this year hence it looks like a dedicated vehicle formed for the acquisition hence the question remains on the identity of the end buyer. Am hoping the disclosure will be made soon otherwise it is attracting more questions than answers as to why is identity of the end buyer remains anonymous with exception of the acquisition vehicle which is a newly formed delaware entity being showcased.
