She also says that by 2025 demand may be a little lower than forecast but the growth rate would be similar. She also forecasts a strong bounce in prices, and that the market will tighten inside five years. I also believe that the article implies that if oil prices surge it will be a whole new ball game for gas. Based on this type of information, would you not think that taking a bit of a risk and keeping the company alive for another year or so would be a reasonable aspiration? After all, for $2M which might never see, we have given up any chance of developing our company. J L.

Maybe, maybe not but the move to renewables is growing exponentially. The sale price suggests the market sees no value in the project and would seem to validate management's decision that a capital raising was not viable once COVID-19 hit. No doubt no underwriter could be found either.
