Maybe for you it does validate things. Overall nothing seems to validate management decision in not being able to achieve financial close. The liquidity issues with LNGL was clear for years and yet the problem was never attended with a sustainable solution. Sale price doesnt suggest anything when there wasnt much of a sale process in the first place especially once it entered into administration. Management successfully drove magnolia to the ground and then conveniently pin the blame on Covid-19, trade war and etc when the writings on the wall was clear long time ago to indicate this was going to happen to LNGL for a long time and yet management decided to do nothing except kept doing their quarterly templates and generic public statements and this was easy when you have a supportive board.
