    If the project wasnt viable for management, they could have opt to sell a significant controlling stake or very worse 100% of magnolia as early as 1 year ago or better still engage reputable US investment banks such as JP Morgan or Morgan Stanley Or Goldman Sachs to carry out a proper sale process of Magnolia LNG. Am confident the sale would have generated enough significant proceeds for LNGL to venture into other viable projects which the Management could have targeted. But for some strange reasons Management was still sitting on the project even after arriving to a conclusion the project wasnt viable. Their quarterly reports never suggested that Management had any reason to believe any fundemental concerns on the viability of Magnolia LNG as a project then.
