But for some strange reasons Management was still sitting on the project even after arriving to a conclusion the project wasnt viable. Their quarterly reports never suggested that Management had any reason to believe any fundemental concerns on the viability of Magnolia LNG as a project then.

Yeah, nah that's just hindsight bias. They tried to get the projects off the ground, by selling offtake until they simply ran out of runway. Looking back saying they should have done this or that is a luxury for armchair experts.
