The release appears to be unnecessarily and unprofessionally 'obtuse'.
I have no idea whether it refers to "us" as shareholders, or a posse of US shareholders although PWC may recall there is no official listing of LNG in the US as it stands. On, the other hand, and the more likely to me, it refers to the few 'office bearers' who resigned post haste from the ASX:LNG entity, but conceivably remain in charge of the US one.
In all likelihood the administrator isn't too sure either, opting to mix it up a bit in their communications, until the dust settles. But it won't!
