RMG is a shell company that was formerly a receivables (debt collection) business that has been re-capitalised by Ascent Capital and subsequently cquired mining tenements in Queensland and South Australia owned by Holloman Minerals and John Risinger. See ASX website listing for RMG and see announcement and Notice of Meeting issued around June. It is in the process of drilling these tenements and will most likely convert to mining company status in due course. It has tenements that run parallel to PKT's with similar shareholders and key directors.
