He keeps on commenting on my posts because he knows that I'm the real deal. I was at the AGM, I saw the irregularities unfold in front of me, I know the vulnerabilities of Jigao and Z knows I'm attacking those very vulnerabilities in a methodical way.

The Jigao vulnerabilities are:

1) they breached the subscription agreement with TON by voting down both Australian candidates for director. The legal remedy for that breach should involve the forfeiture of Jigao's shares in TON that were issued under the subscription agreement.

2) Max was on the board that presumably unanimously agreed that the carrying of all the motions on the AGM agenda apart from the election of AF was in the best interest of TON. He then inexplicably voted against some of those motions when acting as the company representative of Jigao at the AGM.

3) the Australian Government has stated that there will be no new agreements with Chinese state owned enterprises because we are now dealing with a different China. Logical, therefore, they should be moving to unwind all pre-existing deals with Chinese SOEs and I am actively encouraging the Australian Government to do just that with Jinan/Jigao.

4) I have also asked the Australian Government to amend the Corporation's Act 2001 to prevent Chinese SOEs from having board representation that is greater proportionately that their shareholding. Under that change Jigao would have no more than 34% of board positions which would resolve the board deadlock and hand the company back to us shareholders.

5) if there is to be a takeover of TON it can't be launched before TONOE expiry and Z is sh@t scared because measures by the Australian Government dealing with 1,2,3 and 4 above that could shut down any takeover prospect may be taken before then.

6) Minjar Gold, which is also a subsidiary of Jinan, a Chinese SOE operating in Australia, is in the crosshairs and very soon may be forced to divest it's Australian assets and all of its people here made to leave the country.
