Note also how he states that a takeover bid is "better" after TONOE expiry. That is so but only from the perspective of Chinese interests as it would lower the ultimate purchase price. He is not speaking there from the perspective of Australian shareholders. He is not one of us.

Remember that Z's first post to the TON forum was on the day that Jigao finalised their equity interest.
