I've wondered about this too. A good friend mentioned it months ago because it has some majors holding it. But ever since I started watching it (around $1.50) it has progressively slipped lower. If the dividends are maintained it will show a great return but I am staying away given its definite downtrend.
Is that the normal effect of a buyback i.e. for the stock to trend down? Or is it just people are afraid a retail slowdown will impact heavily? I dont know but will be very interested in the next financials.
